How long does it take before I receive my order?
If in stock orders are shipped out from our premises within 5 business days. Express shipping is available upon request and will be shipped within 1-2 days.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We do hope you are excited and happy about your purchase but of course we do offer exchanges in case something doesn’t work for you. Exchange is on new items only within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs. Keep in mind that we do offer different sizes and recommend you measure your wrist to choose the one that will fit you best. Gemstones are 100% natural material and the beads will vary in color and sometimes, slightly in size. In case you need to exchange your bracelet please send us an email at info@sunkalpa.com and we will make sure your request is taken care of.
Do you do repairs?
Place on and remove your bracelets with care. They should not be worn when bathing or swimming. If exposed to heat or cold the stretch cord can loose its strength and brake more easily. Keep in mind that sterling silver will oxidize over time and can be polished with a polishing cloth. If for any reason a bracelet should break within 30 days of purchase we will restring it free of cost however, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Anything after 30 days a $5 restringing charge will be applied and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please make sure you send us the beads in a padded envelope and we will restring, cleanse and re-energize your bracelet.
Will my bracelet look like the one on the website?
All our bracelets are made with high and pure quality gemstones, they are natural materials and will vary in color and sometimes slightly in size as well. Every bracelet is unique it may not look exactly the same like the picture on our website.
